Sentara Healthcare is actively recruiting a board certified or board eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our well established and growing practice in South Boston, VA.  The position calls for an orthopedic generalist who will treat a variety of bone and soft-tissue injuries and deformities, including general orthopedics, arthroscopic surgery, total and partial joint replacement and hand surgery.  A sports medicine background would be a plus. The practice is on Sentara Halifax Regional’s hospital campus and the hospital has four fully equipped operating rooms with excellent diagnostic imaging and PT services available. We have grown our Ortho Joint program by 120% over the last three years and the potential is there for more growth!
