As the current president of the Southern Orthopaedic Association, I am delighted to announce that the SOA will be returning to the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV, for our 43rd Annual Meeting on July 22-25, 2026.
From engaging scientific sessions to family-friendly activities, the SOA Annual Meeting will offer something for everyone. Our Annual Meeting Program Chair, Anna Cohen-Rosenblum, MD, has been hard at work designing a scientific program that will cover a wide variety of topics that will be relevant to your practice.
We're excited to host Larry Sabato as this year's Presidential Guest Speaker! Dr. Sabato is the founder and director of the University of Virginia Center for Politics. Hear from the director of the Crystal Ball website in the lead up to the mid-term elections.
Distinguished Southern Orthopaedist Thomas K. Fehring, MD
Dr. Fehring helped establish the OrthoCarolina Hip and Knee Center where he practiced for over 30 years. During that time he was involved in teaching residents and fellows and helped establish the OrthoCarolina Research Institute. He is also the Co-Director of the OrthoCarolina Charitable Foundation which supports educational programs for the needy locally and internationally.
